  Employee Benefits
Churchill & Harriman take great pride in valuing the diverse and individual needs of our employees and their families by offering flexible, affordable health insurance coverage and a comprehensive benefits package. We are pleased to offer the following benefits as a part of your rewarding employment at Churchill & Harriman.

  Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance
Full-time employees and their qualified family members are eligible for group health, dental, and vision insurance benefits. Currently, Churchill & Harriman pays the majority cost of an employee's health and vision insurance. The cost of benefits for qualified family members is paid by the employee in accordance with the plan. Coverage will become effective on the first day of employment.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
If you should become totally disabled and unable to work, you will be eligible for the short-term disability plan provided by the state of New Jersey.
Long Term Disability Insurance
You are eligible for coverage that provides 60% of your monthly income (up to $5,000) if you are totally disabled and unable to work for more than 180 days.
Life Insurance
We currently offer a Voluntary Life Insurance Plan with Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York. You are eligible to purchase Life Insurance with coverage amounts between $20,000 - $125,000. Coverage begins after 30 days of employment.
Retirement
You are eligible to enroll in the Churchill & Harriman 401k Savings Plan where you may elect to defer from 2% up to 15% of your annual eligible compensation on a pre-tax basis, subject to an Internal Revenue Service imposed maximum. Churchill & Harriman does not offer a matching contribution at this time. You may enroll during our open enrollment period which is held in June and December each year.
